Shipping/Delivery

All our pieces are carefully and perfectly handcrafted for you. A process which takes time. This is why our delivery time is a little longer. We want the best for you, and that requires a little more care and time.

UK

Normal delivery time 8-10 working days. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with the tracking number.

EUROPE

Normal delivery time is 10-12 working days. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with the tracking number.

OUTSIDE EUROPE

Normal delivery time is 12-15 working days. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with the tracking number.

Our couriers deliver during normal business working hours and require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Taxes and Duties

Any charges on a package must be paid by the person receiving the package. Leather and Soles has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. In order to be sure of the current changes, We please advise you to contact your local customs office.

Payment

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal. All pricing excludes duty fees and shipping costs.

Orders & Returns

How Can I return a Product

We will always refund or exchange the shoes if they are returned in resellable/perfect condition within 14 days of receiving them. We will not, as a rule, refund the postage back to us unless we have made a mistake or you are exchanging and it has been agreed with us.

Before you return any item to us please make sure to contact us first via return@leatherandsoles.com.

We will not accept returns if the above instructions are not followed and no returns will be accepted on any item with customisation or personalisation.

The goods must be in the same immaculate condition as they were received in – we cannot accept scuffed/worn-in/damaged goods. (We thus suggest you remain on carpet while trying shoes on).

We will exchange the goods as requested, or should you wish to cancel your order, we will give you a full refund within 30 days of your cancellation.

You have to pay the cost of returning the goods – we recommend a registered/traceable and insured postage, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of goods we will only refund once we have received the returned goods and the refund will be net of any charges incurred by us in recovering them.

Please note : We do not offer refunds on sale items however exchanges are accepted.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched, to do so please contact us at return@leatherandsoles.com If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products

To add more items to your order, Unfortunately we cannot add items to a processed order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if we have not dispatched your first order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You do not need an account to place an order. Though having an account will help you track your previous purchases and also speed up your next shopping experience as you’ll not need to enter your information all over agai
